Controlled Horses and Competent Charioteer
यस्तु विज्ञानवान्भवति युक्तेन मनसा सदा ।

But if the buddhi, being related to a mind that is always restrained, possesses discrimination, then the senses come under control, like the good horses of a charioteer.
Commentary:
But the reverse is the case for that person whose horses are good and well trained, and the charioteer is capable of understanding. In this case the reins are never let off, and the movement of the chariot is proper in its course.
Swami Vivekananda Says —
But he who has discrimination, whose mind is controlled, his organs are always controllable like good horses in the hands of a driver.[Source]
